Nova Devices was founded in 2002 by a group of highly motivated entrepreneurs focused in the development, manufacture and market of new generation network appliances as well as business models that respond to the current market demands while reducing the time, cost, and risk of deployment. Our solutions are deployed across a variety of markets, including SOHO, SMB, enterprise VPN, service providers, retail/point-of-sale, education, healthcare, and government. The company is privately held in Quito, Ecuador, with offices in Colombia and soon in USA. The Company operates in the information technology solutions and services industry.

Nova Devices has signed on an agreement called "Microsoft® OEM Customer License Agreement for Embedded Systems", which according to the Giant Transnational executives, makes Nova Devices to be the first latin american company to get an agreement of this kind with Microsoft® Corp. This agreement allows both companies cooperation in new Especifical Purpose Personal Computers Thin Client type development and market setting at the beginning. Later conversations point to agreement could be extended to the Nova Devices' Server Appliances line, the company's main product. |

First Kypus™ Configuration & Installation Seminary succesfully achieved in Bogotá, Colombia On November´s last week, Nova Devices' first Kypus™ Configuration & Installation Seminary was succesfully achieved in Bogotá, Colombia. The attendance consisted of our selected group of Distributors who will represent our brand in Colombia. Sixteen Engineers were invited to this Seminary where the most important issue was a high level operation training for the Kypus™ Multifunction Security Appliance and the Kypus™ Thin Client. With high enthusiasm, all of them attended to several courses to obtain the Kypus™ Configuration & Installation Certification. |
