The Kypus™ brand comes from Inca term “Quipus” (pronounced keepuhs), it was a flexible and ease to use communication system that used multicolored knotted strings called quipus as a mnemonic method by which they sent messages, recorded their laws, numerical data and decided the fate of conquered territories. It was very revolutionary for that time. We decided to replace the “Qui” for “Ky”, which has an English good pronunciation and can be much better associated with technology. The brand is complemented with an appropriate well designed logotype transmitting to the market the whole concept behind our products.
